Herman Juma is a dedicated culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort since November 2018, Herman has demonstrated a passion for culinary excellence. Since September 2016, Herman has also held the position of Chef De Partie at Dubai Parks and Resorts. Previously, from August 2013 to July 2016, Herman worked with Emaar Hospitality Group as commis 2/1, and began culinary career as commis 2 at Bennigan's in 2013. Herman is a graduate of Makerere University.
