Stephen Noel has over 20 years of experience in the GCC region with a background in ITS/ICT solutions development and system integration. Stephen has held positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Dubai Technologies, Head of ITS Business Unit at Hanco Holdings, Business Unit Manager at Serco, and Manager of Operations at Assarain Telecommunications. Additionally, Stephen has experience in marketing and operations roles at Siemens and BPL Wireless Telecommunication Services. Stephen holds a B.E. degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the Government College of Technology in Coimbatore, India.
