Martin G Molony has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and sectors. Martin G started their career in 1992 as a journalist and communication consultant at MGM Communications, where they also provided retail consultancy and database management services.

In 1996, Molony joined Dublin City University as a Programme Director and lecturer at the School of Communications and DCU Business School. Martin G taught various communication, journalism, and public relations modules to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
