Orhan Arslan

Orhan Arslan is a skilled hydraulic engineer at DuBois Consultants, Inc. since October 2021, specializing in hydraulic modeling and design for rainwater and wastewater projects in collaboration with Burns & McDonnell. Concurrently, Orhan has been serving as a civil engineer at DSI - General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works since January 2016. Previously, Orhan worked as a control engineer at EMKA YAPI DENETIM from August 2016 to December 2018, overseeing construction processes and ensuring compliance with project standards.
