Guy Rouelle is a highly experienced aviation professional currently serving as CEO of Aviation Consulting Services since July 1999, specializing in airport master planning and design. In addition, Rouelle is a Senior Aviation Project Manager at DuBois & King, Inc., focusing on developing aviation business relationships in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. Since January 2014, Rouelle has been an Adjunct Professor at Vermont Technical College, instructing courses on Aircraft Accident Investigation and Safety. Previously, Rouelle operated as the State Aeronautics Administrator for the State of Vermont from 2003 to 2017, overseeing the daily operations of public use airports with a substantial budget of over $23 million. Rouelle's career began in the US Army as an Air Traffic Control Examiner, managing a team of 60 military air traffic controllers.
