Aiden (Hank) Janssen possesses extensive experience in engineering and site reliability leadership across multiple technology firms. Currently serving as Senior Director of Cloud Foundation at Duck Creek Technologies, Aiden has previously held key positions such as Director of Engineering and SRE at Cribl, Director of Engineering at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), and Senior Director of Engineering - SRE for Worldwide Cloud Operations at Axon. Aiden started the career as Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering at Hewlett-Packard within HP Helion Cloud Services. Aiden holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
