John Shields

John Shields is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at DuckDuckGo since January 2016, John has also held the positions of Senior Business Development Manager and Business Development. Prior to this role, John worked at Distribution One as a Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing the visibility of the ERP-ONE software through various marketing channels. In addition, John co-founded Towni Localistics, a modern community-building web platform that integrates a local marketplace, a crowdfunding portal, and a community guide.
