Danielle Hernandez

Danielle Hernandez is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Ducommun Incorporated, overseeing a team of 13 employees and driving the establishment and execution of departmental goals and KPIs. Previously, Danielle held roles as Engineering Supervisor and Process Engineer, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams, leading missile manufacturing efforts for Raytheon, and supporting Boeing's Rotor Blade production line. Danielle began their career as an Engineering Aide for the City of Glendale, CA, gaining valuable experience in power generation and civil engineering documentation. A graduate of UC Irvine with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Danielle brings a strong foundation in engineering principles and process optimization to all professional endeavors.
