Jerry Redondo

Jerry Redondo has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Jerry worked at Parker Hannifin for nearly two decades, where they held the position of Director of Operations & Supply Chain for the Aerospace Control Systems Division. In this role, they were responsible for developing operational strategies and executing operating plans for flight control systems. Prior to that, Redondo served as Group Vice President of Operations, Global Supply Chain & Quality at Crane Aerospace & Electronics, overseeing operations and quality across multiple sites. Currently, Redondo is serving as Sr. Vice President of Operations at Ducommun Incorporated, where they lead the Office of Operational Excellence and focuses on achieving the company's vision through lean methodologies and organizational development.

Jerry Redondo has a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University, a Bachelor of Science Degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, a Graduate Certificate in Global Supply Chain Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an Executive Global Supply Chain Management Certificate from Penn State University, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Chapman University.
