Stephen G. Oswald

Stephen G. Oswald is the current Chairman, President, and CEO of Ducommun. Stephen has previously served as the CEO of Capital Safety and as the Integration Leader for UTC Fire & Security. Stephen also served as the President of Hamilton Sundstrand Industrial Division and as the President of Sullair Corporation, a subsidiary of Hamilton Sundstrand. Prior to that, they worked in field sales, account management, and field product development for Hoechst AG.

Stephen G. Oswald has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.

Rose F. Rogers - Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Jerry Redondo - Senior Vice President of Operations, and Christopher D. Wampler - Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer report to Stephen G. Oswald.
