Patricia Stammerjohn

Patricia Stammerjohn serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Dudek since March 2022, focusing on employee relations, coaching, performance improvement plans, and HR program initiatives. Previously, Patricia held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager for Southern California at Granite Construction Company from February 2014 to October 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compensation, training, and talent management. Patricia's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at The Pasadena Center Operating Company from January 2012 to January 2014 and Human Resources Manager at Charles Pankow Builders from May 2001 to January 2012. Patricia earned a degree in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 1989 and 1994.
