Gemma Hart

Gemma Hart has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gemma began their career in 1998 as a Senior Technician at Obsessions at the Belfy Hotel. In 2002, they transitioned to become a University Lecturer at University College Birmingham, where they worked until September 2013. From October 2013 to March 2023, Gemma worked as a Work Based Learning Manager at Francesco Group Hairdressing. In June 2019, they assumed the role of Head of Education at Francesco Group, which they held until March 2023. Currently, Gemma is the Head of apprenticeships learning at Dudley College, a position they have held since February 2023.

Gemma Hart holds a Master's Degree in Educational Management from the University of Birmingham, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Before that, from 2008 to 2011, they completed a BA Honors - First Class degree in Business enterprise at the University College Birmingham. Gemma also received an NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing & Beauty Therapy from the Birmingham College of Food Tourism and Creative Studies from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, Gemma has a certification of a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors, but the institution, month, and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
