Anna Haake has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Anna started their career as a Front Office Agent at Seehotel Grossherzog von Mecklenburg OHG in 2013 and later worked as a Front Office Supervisor at Gresham Carat Hotel. In 2014, they briefly worked as an Allrounder at The Golden Barley Hotel Sydney before becoming a Front Office Manager at Gresham Carat Hotel Hamburg.
In 2015, Anna joined Centro Hotel Group as a Revenue Assistant, where they gained experience in revenue management. Anna then moved to DSR Hotel Holding GmbH in 2018 and took on roles such as Revenue Management Analyst, Junior Revenue Manager, and eventually Cluster Revenue Manager.
Most recently, Anna joined Duetto in 2022 as a Customer Success Manager, where they continue to apply their knowledge and expertise in revenue management to help customers achieve success.
Anna Haake completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre- Schwerpunkt Tourismus from Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein from 2010 to 2013. Anna also obtained a Hotelfachfrau degree from Seehotel Grossherzog von Mecklenburg- Boltenhagen during the same period. In addition to their academic qualifications, Anna Haake has obtained certifications such as Revenue Manager from Deutsche Hotelakademie in December 2020, and Ausbildereignung gem. AEVO from Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein GmbH. Anna also holds the certification of Projektmanagement- Fachfrau Level D from IPMA: International Project Management Association.
