David Gerrard

David Gerrard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David currently works at Duetto as the Lead Integrations Product Manager, a role they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Data Quality & Integrations at Duetto from September 2020 to April 2021. From April 2019 to September 2020, David served as a Senior Delivery Manager at Duetto. David also worked as a Senior Systems & Data Analyst EMEA at Duetto from July 2017 to April 2019. David's first role at Duetto was as a Deployment Analyst from March 2016 to July 2017, where they were responsible for onboarding, integration, and deployment of new hotel clients.

Before joining Duetto, David briefly worked as a Data Analyst at Judo Payments in 2016, where they created revenue and profitability reports using data from Yellowfin BI and Salesforce. David also updated JIRAs, Trello cards, and proprietary Mothership CRM during their time there.

Prior to that, David worked as a Data Analyst at CIPFA from March 2015 to February 2016, where they analyzed financial benchmarking data and prepared statistical reports and data visualizations.

David's earlier experience includes roles in the hospitality industry. David served as a Guest Services Manager at London Hilton on Park Lane from May 2012 to March 2015, where they implemented customer experience action plans and performed SWOT and PESTLE analyses. Before that, they worked as a Reservations Agent at the same hotel from September 2010 to May 2012. David also worked as a Front Office Supervisor at Queen Victoria Hotel from May 2005 to June 2010.

In addition to their hospitality experience, David worked as a Microcomputing Assistant at the University of Victoria in 2008, a Guest Services Agent at Strathcona Hotel in 2004, and a Telesales Executive and Software Support at West Corporation from 2001 to 2003.

David Gerrard completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Camosun College from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.

In addition to their formal education, David has obtained several certifications. David obtained the Pragmatic Certified Product Manager title from Pragmatic Institute in May 2022, along with PMC Level IV. David also achieved PMC Level III in May 2021, PMC Level I and PMC Level II in April 2021, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in November 2020, Cert Prep: Scrum Master from LinkedIn in September 2020, Strategic Partnerships from LinkedIn in April 2020, R Programming from Johns Hopkins University in August 2015, The Data Scientist's Toolbox from Johns Hopkins University in July 2015, Data Analysis and Statistical Inference from Duke University in May 2015, and Data Analysis and Statistical Inference from DataCamp in March 2015. Furthermore, they completed a course on Writing for Business from Impact London Professional Communication Training in April 2012.
