Timothy Liam Epstein is a partner at Duggan Bertsch, LLC, where Timothy Liam chairs the Litigation Group and oversees the Sports Law Group, as well as the Entertainment, Events, and Festivals Industry Group, since June 2015. In addition, Timothy serves as an adjunct professor of law at Loyola University Chicago, teaching courses in Sports and Entertainment Law since November 2009. Timothy's advisory role at The Fetzer Institute began in July 2011, focusing on promoting exemplars of love and forgiveness in sports. Timothy is also a member of the Board of Advisors for the Sports Law Institute at Vermont Law School and held a position on the Legal Task Force for the Sports & Fitness Industry Association from November 2012 to November 2016. Timothy's prior experience includes leading the Sports and Events Law Practice Group at SmithAmundsen LLC and participating in select committees for the Pat Tillman Foundation. Timothy holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and a BA from Boston College, with additional studies in Irish Studies at the University of Galway.
