Milcah Iwisi

Milcah Iwisi's work experience began in 2011 as a Talent Management Specialist at CallForce. Milcah then moved on to the CTI Education Group, where they held various roles including Student Advisor, Academic Administrator, and Lecturer from 2011 to 2015. In 2016, they became a Lecturer at Pearson and continued in that role until 2017. During this time, they also pursued a Master's degree at Brunel University London from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they joined Varsity College as a Full-Time Lecturer and later became the Programme Manager for the School of Management from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are employed at Duke Corporate Education as a Programme Manager and Project Director.

Milcah Iwisi completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a major in Human Resource Management and Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2010. Milcah then pursued a higher level of education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Brunel University London in 2018. In between their bachelor's and master's degrees, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Honours degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2014.
