Phanurat (Tong/Tony) also served as an Assistant Human Resource Manager for the South Vietnam Project.

Earlier in their career, Phanurat had brief stints at DHL Express as a Researcher in the Department of Global Multi-national Customers and as an Employee Relations Intern in the Human Resource Department.

Phanurat (Tong/Tony) Koonlarp pursued their education at the University of Glasgow from 2011 to 2012. During this period, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Global Economy.
