Lee Mitchell

Lee Mitchell has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Lee started their career in 2007 at Southern States Cooperative as the Manager of Wholesale Petroleum, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they joined Duke Energy Corporation as a Power Trader in the Southeast region. Lee then progressed to the role of Senior/Lead Originator for Natural Gas, followed by Manager of Coal and Gas Origination. Currently, they serve as the Director of Fuel Strategy and Planning at Duke Energy Corporation.

Lee Mitchell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Richmond. Additionally, Lee holds a Master of Science degree in Natural Gas Engineering & Management from the University of Oklahoma.
