Ron Wages

Ron Wages has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ron most recently worked at Duke Energy Corporation, where they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition and the Director of Diversity and Inclusion. In these roles, they led teams and implemented programs to enhance diversity and attract top talent. Prior to Duke Energy, they held positions at Oculus Vision Technology, EcoFriendly Lighting, Memscap, Virata, Spectrum Signal Processing, and Texas Instruments. Ron'sresponsibilities in these companies ranged from board member to senior executive, overseeing various areas such as sales, marketing, manufacturing, and finance. Ron has demonstrated expertise in project management, team leadership, and strategic planning.

Ron Wages earned their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1980 to 1986. Following their undergraduate degree, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, completing their studies between 1992 and 1994.
