Pedro Vanegas is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in sourcing and hiring for diverse roles within the gaming and IT sectors. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at Duke Renders since November 2020, Pedro oversees the recruitment process for positions including 3D Artists, developers, and leadership roles, utilizing software tools such as Zbrush, 3DMax, Maya, and Unreal Engine 4/5. Prior to this, Pedro worked as a Recruitment Specialist at TEALCA Transferencias y Encomiendas Angulo Lopez C.A. from November 2002 to December 2014, leading a team in developing hiring strategies and managing the full life-cycle recruiting process.
