Alexa Jimenez

Alexa Jimenez is a Duke University student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and Cultural Anthropology, with an expected graduation in 2025. Currently serving as a Patman Political Engagement Project Student Fellow and a Braver Angels Student Fellow, Alexa is dedicated to fostering political engagement and civil discourse among students. As Chair of the Duke Student Organization Finance Committee, Alexa oversees a substantial budget for over 350 student organizations. Experience as a Duke Arts Affinity Group Coordinator involves connecting student groups with community organizations. Additionally, Alexa has held research and internship positions at Duke University and prominent law firms, focusing on legal recruitment and curriculum development. As the founder of a handmade jewelry company, Alexa has successfully generated revenue and built an online presence.
