Priscilla Graham, MBA, possesses extensive experience in human resource management across various organizations. Currently serving as the HR Departmental Director at Duke Neurosurgery since November 2014, Priscilla oversees operational aspects, coordinates administrative support staff, and manages budgeting processes. Prior roles include Human Resources Department Manager at the Duke Institute for Genome Sciences & Policy, where strategical HR priorities were developed, and Assistant Director of Compliance at UNC School of Nursing, managing compliance programs for over 500 students.
