Josh Leichter has a diverse work experience in the fruit industry, starting as a Sales person and broker at Robinson Co in 1995. Josh then worked as a Sales Representative and Broker at F.P.D where they successfully sold Chilean and South African fruit to various customers. Josh also started a melon brokerage department. In 1999, they transitioned to the role of Technical Sales and Project Manager at World Commerce Online. Josh then moved to F.P.D Inc as a Product Manager and Sales Representative from November 2001 to June 2002. After that, they joined The Oppenheimer Group in June 2002, where they held multiple roles including VP of Sales, VP-East Coast, and Category Director-Grapes. Josh was responsible for managing a 6 million box grape program, sourcing, grower relations, negotiation of terms, and developing marketing plans. Josh also traveled extensively to build relationships with growers and identify strategic areas for growth. In 2012, they became the CEO of Pacific Trellis Fruit - Dulcinea Farms.
Josh Leichter attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a BA degree in Ag Business with a focus on Marketing and Food Science.
