Michael Kucher

Michael Kucher has a diverse background in sales training, real estate, and marketing, with significant experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Sales Trainer at Dulles Motor Cars since April 2015, Michael specializes in the Subaru and Kia brands. Previously, Michael owned and operated Back to Business for Salons, where a comprehensive training program was developed for service providers to enhance their communication and retail skills. Michael also co-founded Harvest Realty Group, LLC, achieving a successful launch in the competitive Northern Virginia real estate market. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at InterActive Builders, Inc., Michael expanded sales from $3 million to $20 million, while overseeing luxury home sales. Earlier in the career, as Vice President of Operations at MEI/Elizabeth Arden Salons, responsibility included managing over 350 employees and revitalizing the Arden Spa concept. Educational credentials include studies at Rutgers University and the New York Institute of Photography.
