Katie Parker

Katie Parker is a dedicated professional in animal welfare with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sheltering at Dumb Friends League since October 2020, Katie has also held various positions in the industry, including Executive Director and Program Director at Animal Assistance Foundation from April 2013 to October 2020. Additionally, Katie has contributed as a Board Member for The Grey Muzzle Organization since May 2013. Previous experiences include working as an Inspector for the Colorado Department of Agriculture (2009-2013) and as a Customer Care Manager at Dumb Friends League (2006-2009). Katie’s career began in the United States Air Force as a Maintenance Officer from 2003 to 2006.
