Rocky Garcia

Rocky Garcia is an accomplished Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician at Dunbar Inc. since June 2021. Prior to this role, Rocky served as a Molding Production Supervisor at Magna International from August 2010 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing production planning, inventory control, and leading a diverse team of over 70 members. Rocky successfully implemented Kaizen activities that eliminated downtime and resulted in savings of $500,000 through self-funded initiatives, while also issuing corrective actions as necessary. Rocky holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Stautzenberger College-Maumee, and has a foundational education from Lake High School and The University of Toledo.
