Nick Laing

Nick Laing is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Currently serving as a Partner at Duncan Cotterill since June 2011, Nick has held various positions within the firm, including Senior Associate, Senior Solicitor, and Solicitor. Prior to joining Duncan Cotterill, Nick worked as a Solicitor in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications team at Bell Gully from February 2008 to August 2010. Nick Laing holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with First Class Honours from The University of Auckland, obtained between 2012 and 2015, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from the University of Canterbury, completed between 2003 and 2007. Education was initiated at St Bede's College, attended from 1998 to 2002.
