Rod Sherer

Rod Sherer is an experienced Delphi Developer currently working at Duncan Solutions and Beacon Hill Staffing Group since April 2023. Prior to these roles, Rod served for over 25 years at Park City Group as the SCM Business Rules Technical Lead, where responsibilities included remote work in a Scrum/Agile environment, collaborating with clients to gather requirements for Supply Chain Management software. Rod's earlier career includes positions as a Systems Analyst at West Chester University, where development of online transactions and reports took place, and as a Veterans Affairs Representative, managing records and certifications. Rod's military experience includes serving in the US Army and Army Reserve as a Unit Level Communications Maintainer, earning commendations such as the Army Achievement Medal. Rod holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
