Tess Trotter

Tess Trotter is a skilled communications and project management professional currently serving as a Waste Planning Advisor for Community Groups at Dunedin City Council since October 2023. With extensive experience, Tess has previously held leadership roles as Communications Lead at both Inspiring Communities and Powerdigm, and as Project Leader at The Valley Project. Additional positions include managing the Dunedin Curtain Bank, serving as Youth Activator at Dunedin City Council, and Communications Manager for the Otago University Students' Association. Tess's career began in facilities advisory and progressed through various roles focused on community engagement and communication. Tess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Otago, obtained in 2011.
