Gary Hay

Gary Hay has extensive experience in retail management and community operations, currently serving as Community Operations Manager at Dunelm since June 2012, while also holding various managerial roles within the company including Store Manager and People Manager. Additionally, Gary has been an RPM Instructor and Sprint Coach for Les Mills UK since July 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Manager at White Stuff and Sales Manager at TJX Europe. Gary started in the retail sector with Dunelm (Soft Furnishings) Ltd, progressing from Senior Sales Assistant to Assistant Store Manager from 2003 to 2011.
