Christine Assouad

Christine Assouad is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in various sectors, including food and beverages, retail, and mentoring. As the Founder of Empowering Tribe since February 2023, Christine has created a community for female leaders in the Middle East to connect and grow. In addition, Christine serves as a Board Member and Strategy Advisor for multiple companies across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Lebanon. Christine’s leadership roles include CEO of Dunkin' Donuts Lebanon, where Christine has successfully established the brand as a market leader, and CEO of Semsom, a chain of modern Lebanese restaurants. Christine is also a Non-Executive Board Member for Dunkin' UAE and a Board Member at doos دووس, providing solutions for a healthy lifestyle. Christine's educational background includes advanced studies in marketing, food science, and nutrition from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School and McGill University.
