Jeff Lippman

Jeff Lippman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field of space law and governance. Currently serving as an Advisor for The American Space Law Society and a Senior Advisor at The Space Court Foundation Inc., Lippman also holds positions as a Senior Associate and Of Counsel at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig PLLC since March 2016. From March 2014 to September 2022, Lippman acted as General Counsel for Baltimore Area Community Health Services and owned Weinstock, Friedman & Friedman, P.A. from July 1995 to November 2013. Lippman earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Emory University.
