Matvey Tkachev

Matvey Tkachev began their work experience as a Data Sciences Intern at Publicis Groupe in June 2020. During this time, they programmed a machine learning project using Python to clean and analyze data from Instagram celebrities' accounts and their followers. Matvey also applied advanced predictive NLP technology, achieving a high accuracy rate of 94% in predictions.

In June 2021, Matvey joined the Space Science and Engineering Center @ UW-Madison as a Software Developer Intern for the NASA Worldview Project. Matvey enhanced a Python visualization tool, implemented a feature to offer a choice of 21 layers to the user, and improved overlaying procedures, reducing runtime by approximately 33%. Matvey continued in this role until April 2022, during which they obtained extended responsibilities in cloud computing and containerization management. Matvey also developed a Python script to analyze the project's performance.

In 2022, Matvey joined Dunn Solutions Group as an Analytics Consultant in June. No specific end date is provided for this role.

Matvey Tkachev received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Analytical Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended the High and Secondary School of Moscow with in-depth study of Physics & Mathematics "Lyceum 1568" from 2013 to 2018 and obtained their High School Diploma. Matvey also obtained several certifications including Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure Data Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, SnowPro Core, and Azure Administrator Associate, from institutions such as Microsoft and Snowflake between 2022 and 2023.
