Emile Leiba

Emile Leiba is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Director at the Planning Institute of Jamaica and the Chairman of the Disabilities Tribunal, focusing on complaints under the Disabilities Act. Additionally, Emile holds the position of 1st Vice President at the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce-Kingston and is the Managing Partner at DunnCox, specializing in Commercial Litigation, Maritime Law, and Employment Law. Emile is a member of the Management Board at Tax Administration Jamaica and an Associate Tutor at Norman Manley Law School. Formerly, Emile was the President of The Jamaican Bar Association, where significant advancements were made, including securing UNDP grant funding. Emile's extensive experience also includes time as a member of the National Competitiveness Council of Jamaica and leadership roles in various organizations, contributing to legal education and community improvement.
