Katy R. has a primarily background in project management and community initiatives. Katy has held several roles at Duolingo, starting as the Senior Manager of Community Initiatives where they managed and advocated for the Duolingo user community. Katy was responsible for identifying community problems, executing initiatives, and developing tracking tools for success. Katy then moved on to become the Senior Project Manager for Global Events, overseeing the planning and implementation of Duocon, a global educational conference.
