Markus Krätzschmar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Markus most recently worked as a Country Marketing Manager for Duolingo, where they contributed to the growth of the education app in Germany. Prior to that, they served as the Marketing Director for Germany at Tinder and also held the position of Senior Brand Manager at the company. Markus also gained experience in partnership management and M&A management during their time at Wimdu, where they were a member of the Management Board. Markus has also worked as an Analyst at in rebus corporate finance GmbH and as a Project Manager at Vertical Media GmbH. Additionally, Markus was involved in building a platform for art-lovers in Berlin during the startup phase at berlin-artparasites. Throughout their career, Markus has demonstrated their expertise in marketing, project management, and strategic management.
Markus Krätzschmar completed their Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftswissenschaften / Politikwissenschaften from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg from 2008 to 2012. Markus then pursued their Master's degree in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics from 2013 to 2015. In addition, they also attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University for an Exchange Semester in Entrepreneurship during the same period.
