Miranda Den Daas

Miranda Den Daas is an experienced coach and project leader specializing in youth guidance and workforce development. Currently serving as a job coach at Duo+ and as a trajectory coach at RMC Leerplicht since January 2022, Miranda has dedicated efforts to help young individuals find suitable studies or jobs. As the owner of Den Daas Coaching & Advies since September 2005, Miranda's expertise spans coaching, interim HR management, training, reintegration, and social security. Previously, Miranda held roles such as youth coach and labor market intermediary at Werkgeversservicepunt Groot-Amsterdam and trajectory guider at Gemeente Amstelveen and Gemeente Uithoorn. Miranda's early career included HR management at Johan Enschede Security Print and Net Consult ICT Group, and leadership positions at Luba. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Personnel & Labour from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, supplemented by various trainings in relevant fields.
