Kaithynn S. has a diverse work experience primarily in the nursing field. Kaithynn started their career as a Student Nurse at Advocate Health Care, gaining experience in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care. Kaithynn then worked as a Student Nurse in various departments at AMITA Health, including Pediatrics, PICU, Telemetry, and ICU. After that, they had a brief stint as a Student Nurse at Elgin Mental Health Center. Kaithynn also worked as a Student Nurse in Hospice Care at VITAS Healthcare and as a Student Nurse in the Emergency Room/ICU at Community First Medical Center. Kaithynn S. began their education journey in 2013 at Harper College, where they pursued a degree in Pre-Nursing Studies. Kaithynn completed their associate's degree in 2016. Following this, they continued their education at Chamberlain University from 2017 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Kaithynn S. has obtained several certifications. In November 2018, they became a Certified Nursing Assistant through the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH). During the same month, they also completed training in Crisis Prevention from the Crisis Prevention Institute. Subsequently, in July 2019, they achieved the designation of Registered Nurse through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Most recently, in November 2020, they obtained certification in BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association.
