Kayla Winters is an experienced event planning professional with a strong focus on wedding coordination and sales management. Currently serving as the Wedding Sales Manager at DuPont Country Club since February 2022, Kayla has previously held roles such as Wedding Coordinator at The Grove at Centerton and Wedding Specialist at Valley Forge Casino Resort. Kayla's expertise includes organizing and executing multiple events weekly, advising clients on logistics and design, creating banquet event orders, and managing event staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional experience includes event planning at Business Clubs of America, where Kayla oversaw marketing and coordinated corporate events of various sizes, and in previous positions that involved marketing and customer engagement efforts.
