Jazmín García

Jazmín García has a diverse work experience starting in 2016. Jazmín began their career as a Consultor Jr de reclutamiento y seleccion at Y&A Talent Services, where they worked until June 2017. From July to September 2017, they served as a Becario de recursos humanos at Iké Asistencia. Following that, from February 2018 to January 2019, they worked as an Ejecutivo Enlace Jr at Integratio. In 2019, Jazmín continued to gain experience in Human Resources, working as an Analista de RR. HH. at BESTLABOR MÉXICO from March to April, and as an Inplant RH at Pago Pro from April to June. From August 2019 to June 2022, they worked at GRUPO DE LA VEGA, first as a Generalista jr de Capital Humano y Desarrollo Orgnizacional, where they were responsible for various HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, internal and external communication, and personnel administration. Following their role as a Generalista jr, they were promoted to a Generalista Sr de Capital Humano y Desarrollo Orgnizacional. Most recently, starting in July 2022, Jazmín has been working as an HR Analysty LA at dss, where they are responsible for managing and monitoring the talent attraction and hiring process as well as implementing onboarding for employees in Mexico and Latin America. Jazmín is also involved in creating and implementing internal policies and adapting external policies according to Mexican labor laws.

Jazmín García completed their undergraduate education at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 2010 to 2014, earning a degree in Psychology. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In November 2020, they completed a workshop on effective and assertive communication from DGAH. In February 2021, they obtained a certification in comprehensive payroll from IMECAF. In July 2020, they completed a certification on COVID-19 prevention from the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social. Jazmín'smost recent certification, obtained in April 2022, is in time management with agile models from Talenta Institute.
