Rodrigo Paiva

Rodrigo Paiva has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Manager at dss, which they began in May 2023. Previously, they worked as a Senior Manager Corporate Transformation at Alvarez & Marsal from October 2022 to May 2023. Before that, from December 2018 to December 2021, Rodrigo worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Porsche Consulting, where they led the implementation of strategic projects and was involved in business turnaround, cost reduction, and operational excellence. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Entrepreneur. At Avon, Rodrigo held two roles - Production Manager from March 2014 to December 2015, where they were responsible for technical technology transfer and implementation strategy, and Manufacturing Coordinator from September 2010 to March 2014, where they managed manufacturing operations and implemented continuous improvement initiatives. Finally, at Unilever, Rodrigo worked as an Engineering Project Coordinator from May 2009 to December 2009 and a Product Development Coordinator from January 2006 to May 2009. In these roles, they were involved in developing tailored solutions, commissioning trials, and working on breakthrough technologies.

Rodrigo Paiva began their education journey in 2003 at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. RODRIGO successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2007.

After a significant gap in their education, Rodrigo Paiva resumed their academic pursuits in 2021. RODRIGO enrolled in the Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa to pursue a Master of Science degree in Administration and Business. This program is expected to be completed by 2023.
