Rubén Fernández

Rubén Fernández's work experience starts with their role as a Sales Operations Assistant at EDP in 2015. In 2016, they moved on to work as an IT Business Consultant at NTT DATA Services, where they evaluated and recommended digital strategies for business functions. Later that year, they joined Microsoft as a Global Training Scholarship Sales Operations Assistant, analyzing win/loss results and ensuring proper procedures were followed. In 2018, Rubén became an HR Operations Assistant at Garanti BBVA, managing HR data input and supporting HR processes. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at DuPont as a Payroll Specialist, processing employee payroll, resolving payroll-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. Rubén's most recent role is as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist at DSS+, which they started in 2022.

Rubén Fernández has a diverse education history. Rubén obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, which they pursued from 2008 to 2013. Following this, they attended the University of Bremen in 2011 and 2012 as part of the Erasmus program. In 2014 and 2015, Rubén completed a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Deusto. More recently, in 2022, they enrolled at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (U.N.E.D.) to pursue a Bachelor of Laws degree.

In addition to their formal education, Rubén Fernández has also obtained various certifications. In June 2022, they received the Staatsexamen Nt2 certification in Dutch as a second language. In September 2015, they achieved the Diplôme d'études en Langue Française (DELF) B2 certification for French. Furthermore, in June 2014, Rubén obtained a B2 Certificate in German from the ESCUELA OFICIAL DE IDIOMAS DE BILBAO, Spanish Language School System.
