Brent has held leadership positions such as Vice President Human Resources at DuPont Water & Protection, Founder of HR Solutions, and Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer at Cognosante. Brent has also served as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at DuPont Sustainable Solutions and Director of Global Human Resources at Campbell Soup Company. With their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Brent has a strong foundation in both engineering and human resources.
