Elizabeth Jones

Elizabeth Jones is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in multi-state and multi-unit environments. Currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at DuPont since November 2018, Elizabeth oversees HR strategy for the Water and Protection division. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held the position of Regional HR Director at Walmart, where responsibilities included global talent management and diversity initiatives. Earlier experience at CVS Caremark Corporation involved talent acquisition and performance management as an Area HR Director. Elizabeth's career began at Wendys International as a Human Resources Representative, supporting operations for over 50 locations. Elizabeth holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
