Jim Zhou

Jim Zhou is an experienced supply chain and sourcing professional with over two decades in the industry. Currently serving as Sourcing Operation Team Manager at Du Pont China Holding Co., Ltd. since June 2007, Jim leads a 22-person team and has established a Procurement Shared Service Center for the APAC region. Previous roles include Sourcing & Logistics Manager at Du Pont, where Jim managed sourcing and logistics operations, and Supply Chain Manager at ICI Paints, where a significant sales channel was developed. Earlier career highlights include roles at Siemens Shanghai Mobile Communications Ltd. and 3M, focusing on indirect sourcing and capital sourcing, respectively. Jim holds an MBA from Fudan University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Application from Tongji University.
