Joe Cerone has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Joe started their career as an Accounts Payable Clerk at Papa Gino's in 1979 and worked there as a Shift Manager until 1983. Joe then joined The Gillette Company in 1991 and held various roles, including Customer Service/EDI Coordinator and Demand Planning Analyst. Joe continued to grow within the company, becoming Sales Planning Manager and later Sales Display Manager. In 2001, they became Team Leader for Retail Innovation before transitioning to Procter & Gamble in 2006. At Procter & Gamble, they worked as a Project Manager for Shopper Marketing and later became Team Leader for the Food Channel. Joe joined The Duracell Company in 2015 as Associate Director for Key Initiatives & In Store Merchandising. Joe then progressed to Director of Sales and currently holds the position of Senior Director for NA Market Strategic Planning & Innovation. Joe Cerone has a wide range of experience in strategic planning, sales, merchandising, and leadership roles in the consumer goods industry.
Joe Cerone has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Lesley University. Joe also has an Associate's degree in Business Management from Northeastern University, and they obtained their high school diploma and trade certification in Electronics & Computer Science from Blue Hills Regional.
