Miguel Escosa has a diverse work experience in marketing and management roles. Miguel started their career at Evolución Viajes as a Summer Camp Monitor in 2008. After that, they worked as a Monitor at CIDI (Centro Internacional de Idiomas) from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they joined PRISA as an Asistente de Producción, where they assisted in production tasks for Canal + TV programs. Miguel also worked as a Cast Member at Attractions and Quick Service at Walt Disney World in 2012-2013.

From 2013 to 2016, Miguel worked at Procter & Gamble as a Product Manager and Consumer Marketing Manager for Duracell in Iberia. Miguel then joined The Duracell Company, where they held various roles, including Marketing Manager, Brand and Trade Marketing Manager, Senior Brand Marketing Manager, and Head of Marketing and Commercial Strategy for Italy, Greece, and Malta. Currently, they serve as the E&A Product and Customer Marketing Director at The Duracell Company.

Miguel also pursued a degree in Management at the University of California, Riverside during the same period. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2012, they completed a Doble licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas y Comunicación Audiovisual at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. In 2010-2011, Miguel spent an academic year at École supérieure de commerce (ESC Rennes school of business) studying Administración y Dirección de Empresas.
