Erik Blom joined Duravant in June 2020 as Managing Director, Food Processing Group EMEIA. Before joining Duravant, Erik held the position of Managing Director of Meyn Food Processing Technology. Before he became Managing Director, was HR & IT Director at Meyn and held several HR (Group) Directors positions at Stork N.V. in The Netherlands. Erik holds a Bachelor of Human Resources Management and Organization Development and completed several strategic HR courses at the Michigan Ross school of Management.
