International Customer Service at Duravit

Serafina Iantorno has extensive experience in international customer service and project management within the translation industry. Since January 2016, Serafina has been working at Duravit AG, holding a position in International Customer Service. Prior to this, Serafina served as a Projektmanagerin at GFT Gesellschaft für technische Dienstleistungen mbH, focusing on the planning and management of multilingual translation projects between July 2013 and December 2015. Additionally, Serafina worked as an Internationale Kundenbetreuerin at Melvin GmbH from October 2010 to December 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Dolmetschen und Übersetzen and a Bachelor of Arts in Dolmetschen und Übersetzen from Heidelberg University, as well as an Erasmus program in Mediazione linguistica at Fondazione Milano.
