Crystal Susa has held various roles in intellectual property support and patent coordination throughout their career, working for companies such as DURECT Corporation, Cell Genesys, Incyte Pharmaceuticals, and Heller Ehrman. Crystal obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and Organic Chemistry from San Jose State University.
